Applied Labels LLC (www.appliedlabels.com) is a small, growing, entrepreneurial company that specializes in identification solutions for home and business (child care, summer camps, and residential care).   We are located on the beautiful, historic Collierville Town Square.  We are excited to announce a part-time opening for an Office Assistant / Order Fulfillment Lead. 

Order Fulfillment Lead / Office Assistant

Fill orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare materials for orders.
Answer calls and emails.
Receive packages.
Take inventory of stock.
Maintain office files.
Greet and assist office visitors / customers.
Direct Order Fulfillment Assistants (students).
Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures.
Prepare direct mailings and sample requests.
Plan and exhibit at tradeshows.
Follow-up with incoming sales leads.
Maintain and organize the office space.
Maintain customer database.
Design email blasts.
Post to social media (Facebook, etc.).

 

They must possess strong computer skills and be a quick learner.  They must be able to perform simple graphics manipulations. Training provided.

Candidates should be flexible, adaptable, and positive. Average work week is 15-25 hours per week.
During times of high volume orders, extra hours will be required to fill orders.  They must be highly conscientious, detail oriented and comfortable with high quality standards. They should also be self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communications and customer service skills are required. We are a small company, so the candidate will be cross-trained to fill a variety of functions.   Apply Today!
